Daniel is working with operational risk, technology risk and business-transformation projects with a
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) focus. He helps his clients with everything from defining the right risk management strategies to helping with the actual implementation.

 

 


Ian Francis
| Senior Product Manager at IBM, UKIan

Ian is a seasoned expert in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with over 15 years of experience within

the field. He is especially focusing on how AI Risk Management  and how  integrated technology platform can support enterprise risk management (ERM) operations. He has worked with many major financial institutions and currently serves as the worldwide Senior Product Manager for IBM watsonx.governance


 

 

Malene Fagerberg | Partner in Risk Advisory

Experienced privacy leader with 15 years of professional experience in implementation and advisory of data privacy and technological regulations. Named in Legal500 as data protection expert with a background from a top-tier law firm and in-house in a major global medical device company.

 

 

 

Daniel Tvangsø | Consultant in Risk Advisory

With a legal background, Daniel has worked with technological regulations for over four years, specialized in data privacy and AI. He has been involved in AI Assessment methodologies and legal discussions for the EU Commission and has assisted several private and public clients in preparing for the AI Act.

 

 

 

Jason Harle | Partner in Risk Advisory

Jason is an expert in cyber security and leads NIS 2 across the Nordics. He has a particular focus on technology resilience and assisting clients in preparing for and responding to cyberattacks and digital disruptions.  

 

 

 

Stefanie Ruys | Nordic Crisis & Resilience and DORA leader

Stefanie is Deloitte’s Nordic Crisis & Resilience leader and has over 16 years of experience in different geographies (Global, EMEA and North America), sectors, and industries in the Risk and Resilience area. Previously Stefanie led the Crisis & Resilience team and Organizational Resilience practice in Canada.

Stefanie supports companies to reduce the organizational, financial, and reputational impacts associated with business disruptions due to manmade and natural disasters. As the Nordic Crisis & Resilience leader Stefanie specializes in advising clients on Enterprise Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management & Supply Chain Resilience, Operational and Technology Resilience, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery, Incident Response, Emergency Management, Physical Security and Cyber Security engagements. As a lawyers as a background Stefanie is as well the DORA, NIS2 and EU CER leader where she supports government organizations, firms and organizations in navigating the regulatory landscape.

Stefanie has next to that an extensive experience in Risk Conduct and Risk Culture, large enterprise and operational risk transformations, regulatory compliance, and post-merger integrations for Financial Institutions across Europe.

 

 

Morten Egelund | Nordic RA GPS leader

Morten has more than 30 years of experience and for the past 20 years entirely focusing on projects related to compliance, risk management, Anti-bribery, internal controls and the digital agenda around this. Leading teams across most government institutions as well as global Life Science companies. Extensive practical experience and has been on-site in many parts of the world. Has led several reviews of internal audit functions and numerous internal audit projects, fraud and bribery investigations as well as implementation of risk management, internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements and third party contracts.

 

Jacob Bock Axelsen | CTO in Risk Advisory at Deloitte
Jacob

Jacob Bock Axelsen (Snr Manager) is CTO in Deloitte Risk Advisory and is an expert in mathematical modeling and a specialist in artificial intelligence. Jacob is educated in mathematics- economics (BSc), biophysics (MSc) and physics (PhD) with nine years of research experience abroad. His scientific background has proven useful in advising both private companies and public institutions on AI, AI governance, Quantum Computing, Organizational Network Analysis, Natural Capital Management and much more. After six years in Deloitte he has developed a strong business acumen. He holds the IBM Champion title for the fourth year in a row and is part of Deloitte’s global quantum computing initiative.

 

 

Hans Petter Dalen | Business Executive for IBM watsonx.governance in EMEA

As the leader of IBM's AI Governance initiative in EMEA, Hans Petter Dalen provides clarity on the implementation and responsible use of AI. Previously, he has led IBM's divisions for collaboration and business intelligence in EMEA. With 23 years of experience at IBM, Hans Petter possesses both broad and deep expertise in structuring the transformative journey towards data-driven work and engaging with AI in a credible and responsible manner.
